The Peekskill BID supports downtown public markets because they improve the quality of life for Peeskillians and introduce visitors to all that downtown has to offer – small local businesses that carry things you won’t find in big box stores, amazing restaurants and cafes, loads of talented artists and musicians, and a downtown where knowing your neighbor still matters.
Saturdays 8am to 2pm
June 3rd thru November 18th
Bank Street (between Main St. and Park St.) in the heart of historic downtown Peekskill.
The Peekskill Farmers Market is the standout weekend activity of our vibrant waterfront community.
Produce comes direct from local farms who bring regional vegetables, mushrooms, and organic meat (chicken, beef, pork, rabbit, turkey, and sausages). You’ll find award winning New York State cheese, bouquets of flowers, honey & maple syrup. Local bakers bring fresh baked goods. Specialty food producers offer sauces, chutney, and salsa. We are proud to feature New York State craft beer, wine & cider.
We now offer prepared foods for those shoppers who want to grab a bite while shopping, or get a meal to take home – artisan pizza, bbq straight from the smoker, and more.
Every week we feature a variety of family friendly live entertainment including live music, children’s book authors, face painting, and juggling lessons. Check our website calendar, or Facebook page for weekly updates.
After shopping, please enjoy one of our renowned downtown Peekskill restaurants featuring both American and World cuisine – they’re happy to hold your farmers market bags in the fridge while you dine.
Come visit the Peekskill Farmers’ Market where the shopping is fun and the parking is free!
